Job:

If you are a passionate and creative person and would like to be a part of the Free People team, we have the position for you! We are currently seeking a Design Assistant.

Responsibility:

• Support the designers by providing basic clerical skills and entry-level design skills to complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner
• Tasks include, but are not limited to, swatching and labeling fabrics, trim and strike-offs, setting up and maintaining master color cards, updating fabric library, keeping a seasonal journal of tears and sketches, presenting designs and participating in major trend meetings.

Education Requirement: Bachelor or Associate Degree in Fashion Design Experience Requirement: 0-2 years of related experience
