Serco Inc. is seeking to hire a Business Systems Analyst III to support the TSP system. The work location is in Fairfax, VA. The hired candidate must have IT systems design and development experience.  Must be knowledgeable about financial applications and have previous experience with accounting systems.  Responsibilities will include product evaluation from a technical perspective of a newly purchased system and a financial system currently in place to determine the optimal solution for future accounting needs.  Must review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, which may include defining requirements for and implementing custom built applications for accounting.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  The hired candidate must have past supervisory responsibilities; the position may include supervising the work of others.  Candidate will interface with external customers as well as internal development and accounting staff, management and subcontractors. 

Experience with US Treasury processes, OmniPlus/OmniPay, Savantage Altimate and/or Oracle are a plus.  The position requires a Bachelor degree, preferably in Information Technology with application development experience, or equivalent experience and approximately seven years of related experience.

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
