These part time positions are required to attain/exceed monthly revenue quotas.
- Will be held accountable for promoting a single point of contact for customers by handling billing, collections, and repair issues for customers.
- Other duties involve processing service orders for new installation and subsequent order activity, receiving and adjusting payments and balance collections, interacting with customers face-to-face on a professional basis.
- Will also service all residential and business customers by marketing value-added products and services.
- Will be held responsible for detailed knowledge of multiple product and service offerings.
- Qualifications include having the ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently.
- Ability to interact with others to attain Company service objectives. Must be comfortable handling large sums of money accurately and ethically.
- This position requires maintaining a professional image and exercising good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to follow a task through to completion even with frequent and lengthy interruptions.
- Ability to learn new skills and procedures; must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and follow directions.
- Will be responsible for supporting and proactively participating in promotion of company products.
