1. Support CPE sales team by providing end-to-end solutions in the sale of mid to large PBX systems and other voice related applications.
2. Provide accurate and timely cost estimates to individual sales reps.
3. Participate in customer presentations and demo equipment.
4. Assist sales reps in developing new sales opportunities and generate additional business through existing customer upgrades and migrations to new systems, platforms and software releases.
5. Obtain and sustain required product certifications for product accreditation from Frontier's PBX partners.
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word.
An excellent knowledge of voice, data and convergence (VoIP) networks.
Must be a team player, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have a 'focus on the customer mentality'.
At least 5 years experience in the design and configuration of at least one of the following major manufacturer PBX products such as: Nortel (preferably), Alcatel-Lucent, Mitel, Avaya or Cisco.
Current product certifications on any of the above
Prior sales experience a plus.
