Physical Security Infrastructure Program Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY  

This program manager will coordinate with various mission components agency-wide to collect, track, and report physical security infrastructure inventory and requirements on an enterprise-wide basis for an Intelligence community client.  This person must be skilled in interpersonal relationship management to effectively work at all levels of the organization. They will be part of the team that is accountable to senior-level decision makers responsible for setting infrastructure policy and developing recapitalization investment strategy.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a database of global physical security infrastructure inventory.
  • Develop and review physical security projects and initiatives and prepare them for presentation to senior-level decision makers.
  • Refine rough order of magnitude cost estimates; identifying interdependencies and high-level milestones for physical security infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in the development of annual infrastructure operations and maintenance, and recapitalization budgets.
  • Provide information in response to ad hoc requests for infrastructure inventory and condition status, priorities, backlogs, and similar information.
  • Plan, develop, recommend, and implement agency-wide physical security policy and procedures.
  • Monitor, research, and advise senior staff of security threats/concerns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in physical security field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience managing physical security infrastructure. 
  • Experience in technical project management in the physical security field.
  • Direct or indirect team leadership experience.
  • Strong communications skills both oral and written; and must be able to effectively communicate at different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work well with multiple teams, including internal and external departments and organizations.
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Experience with collecting, tracking, and reporting facilities, information technology, and physical security infrastructure inventory.
  • Experience with planning, programming, and executing capital budgets.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Knowledge of Maximo 6.0
  • MS Project

SECURITY CLEARANCE STATEMENT

For this position, an active TS/SCI security clearance with a full-scope polygraph is required. The single source background investigation and the polygraph must both be current.
