We seek a Project Manager 4 to work with our R&D department at our World Headquarters in Glastonbury, CT.

In this role, you will:

- manage technical projects through the full software development lifecycle.

- act as liaison between business partners, external vendors and R&D staff. Be able to set expectations and communicate effectively to stakeholders and team members.

- develop project plans and manage a team to perform the work defined in the plan.

- identify issues and risks to the successful development and deployment of projects. Use good judgment to resolve or proactively mitigate them.

- ensure delivery of projects on-time and within budget with high quality

- develop relationships with key stakeholders and team members in order to form a cohesive team with the ability and drive to attain project goals

To qualify for this position, you must have:

- at least 15+ years managing technical projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle

- technical background in software development. Experienced with .Net technologies

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems / Computer Science required

- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- PMP Certification (Desired)

- Agile Scrum Certification (Desired)

- knowledge of Rational Unified Process, Agile Scrum, or related methodology (Desired)
