• Collaborating with customers, executive management, senior management, and management.
• Working in the Governance team to produce weekly meeting materials and report results.
• Serving as a member of the ECSS Transformation Integrated Process Team (XIPT).
• Supporting the development and implementation of XIPT processes and procedures.
• Perform as a back-up Meeting Leader or Leader for the XIPT as required.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on recommended process assets.
• Generating report data to all levels of management.

• US Citizen, as contract requires.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check.
• Strong meeting/workshop facilitation skills.
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Project in building project plans.
• Experience with large project lifecycle activities and project level planning.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) design and implementation methodologies.
• Ability to work independently to integrate highly complexity project schedules and resource plans.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-wide governance processes.
• Experience monitoring the in-scope decision-making, oversight, and issue escalation process during ERP implementation.
• Able to assist or lead Governance Meetings as needed.
• Experienced in monitoring, measuring, and documenting effectiveness of governance structure.
• Experienced in use of stakeholder management processes and tools to manage stakeholder issues.
• Prior working experience with DoD systems a plus.
• Prior experience with ECSS a plus.
• Prior experience with ClearQuest and ClearCase a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private or available to authorized personnel only.

A Master’s degree in computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software engineering/programming, management, natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics or business/finance. 8 to 12 years of applicable experience base on the job specs stated above.
