Mentor, coach and provide direction to warehouse operators; develop processes and procedures for all warehouse functions and implement upon completion; schedule and coordinate daily work flow for raw material warehouses, monitoring the pace and flow of product from receiving through delivery to production; analyze performance data in order to measure productivity and efficiency; manage inter-company transportation to maximize efficiency; facilitate safety committee to assure a safe working environment; monitor and control business related costs; resolve quality issues and develop strategies to prevent reoccurrences.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Operations Management; minimum of five years experience in warehouse/distribution center operations required; previous supervisory experience required; must be computer literature (MS Word, Excel, Etc.); The successful candidate will be trained, preferably certified in Lean Manufacturing principles; previous experience with KBM-AS400 and or SAP experience a plus; must be a team player and have an excellent work ethic; must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
