Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assists branch staff in marketing and business development as it relates to Residential Mortgages.
• Serves as customer liaison within assigned branches.
• Interviews applicants to discuss their mortgage requirements and obtain credit history and income information.
• Analyze and assess their capacity to repay and the degree of risk involved.
• Advises applicants of options available to them, explains the differences between various types of mortgages and discuss terms and conditions of loan.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Banking background helpful.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Prior sales experience required.
• Prior residential mortgage or real estate sales background preferred.
