Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Project Manager to work on our Implementation team!  You will be the project coordinator for LYNX software/services implementations for new and existing clients. 

Facilitate multi-disciplinary project implementation teams, which includes developing customized client implementation project plans; establishing, prioritizing and communicating project objectives; and monitoring project milestones and costs. You will engage internal experts from Software Development, Product Technical Support, Coding/Quality Management, Information Systems, Sales and Consulting to assist as needed to ensure implementations occur efficiently and effectively. Responsible for ensuring that an implementation progresses according to schedule. Initiate and participate in the development of training materials and end user documentation. Guide and advise clients on how to coordinate and schedule user training sessions to ensure high level of participation. Develop and maintain client survey feedback forms and processes. Maintain a solid understanding of software products' functionality and optimal end user application of associated features and functions. Maintain an understanding of hospital systems data flows.

Required Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years software product implementation, training and/or healthcare application support; demonstrated project management experience and technical aptitude required.
  • Understanding of hospital ED operations and data flow a must.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles/instructional techniques, technical writing experience and/or education/experience developing teaching materials preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, HIM resulting in RHIA accreditation or demonstrated solid work experience required.
  • Strong computer skills required, including a proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
  • Coding certificate and/or nursing license, PMP certification preferred
