Provide support to the assistant director of the School of Music for Admissions and Student Affairs in relation to recruitment and retention. Serve as primary contact for prospective students and their parents. Conduct tours of the facilities. Assist with all functions of the audition process including scheduling, contacting faculty and tracking application paperwork. Serve as a content editor for the School of Music website with respect to admissions information, audition dates and degree program requirements.
Requires: Two years of college or equivalent, proficient in Microsoft Office and Filemaker Pro, strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and two years of related experience.
