Job Description
Provide Marine Gas Turbine controls technical assistance and assessment support.
Support routine assessment and testing visits onboard ships, including conducting grooms of engineering controls.
Assist in the repair, overhaul, planned and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and testing of systems and components for use aboard various ships and vessels, primarily related to Marine Gas Turbine controls.
Provide all required technical and repair reports, test and certification reports, and daily updates to the associated work packages.
Provide logistics support for repair parts record validation and research to determine needed repair parts.
Train personnel in repairs to Marine Gas Turbine controls equipment and systems.
Required Skills
Must possess extensive knowledge of Marine Gas Turbine controls.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to use regular research tools for logistical and technical information including, but not limited to, FEDLOG, HAYSTACK, RMAIS, PRISMS, IETM’s, CDMD-OA and electronic drawings.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software, NEMAIS, and DSR programs.
Security Clearance Level: SECRET
Required Experience
Minimum 20 years' experience.
