Job Description

STG International, Inc. is recruiting qualified candidates to join our Accounting Department.  We are proud to offer a stable and challenging growth environment.  Excellent opportunity for an experienced contract administrator with federal government contracting experience.  This position is based in our Corporate Head Quarters in Alexandria, VA.

 

Position Summary:

 

Perform senior-level contract administration and proposal support.  Perform internal and external client relationship management.  Apply functional expertise and experience in the review of NDAs and Teaming Agreements. Provide cross-team support and handle high-volume procurements.  Identify and mitigate risk issues.  Negotiate task orders and advise technical staff on contractual issues.

 

  • Full cycle Contract and Delivery Order management from contract set up to final contract close out in accounting software application for CFFF, T&M, CFAF, and FP contracts.
  • Manages GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts, including schedule updates, registration, CCR, ORCA, and schedule modifications.
  • Prepares annual schedule reports for Contract Compliance Reviews.
  • Prepares contract briefs for corporate management team. 
  • Coordinates contract kick-off presentations for major contracts.  Clearly identifies contract deliverables.
  • Prepares regular status reports for internal and external customers in line with contact requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain billable and non-billable consulting agreements including compliance with client contracts.
  • Interact daily with headquarter personnel, prime contractors and subcontractors on a variety of government contract issues.
  • Special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR and government contracting methods. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for negotiating contracts, contract modifications, subcontracts, and consulting agreements.
  • Aptitude for documentation and identification of key issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of Deltek GCS Premier and/or Costpoint desired.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment: Outlook, Excel and Word
Required Experience
  • BS/BA in business or related field
  • 5 + years experience in Government contracts
  • Thorough knowledge of Deltek
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
