PRIMARY FUNCTION

Will support the Inventory Manager in the accuracy and integrity of Banta Global Turnkey – Plover’s inventory reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assess, manage, investigate and reconcile Excess and Obsolete inventory levels for customers and plant
2. Prepare inventory management reports and analysis as required
3. Assist management in maintaining optimum inventory levels
4. Analyze and control financial inventory adjustment costs
5. Assist in financial reporting and presentation of inventory activities
6. Maintain inventory data integrity for classifications and product lines
7. Trouble shoot discrepancies as it relates to inventory data integrity
8. Provide support as it relates to inventory for monthly reports, annual business plans, periodic forecasts and annual standards revision or actual cost controls
9. Act as a chairperson for special inventory projects as required
10. Oversee cycle count program development and implementation
11. Audit on-site and remote cycle count programs

Working experience with an integrated MRP II systems such as, but not limited to, JDEdwards, SAP, MFG Pro, or BPCS.  Exercises initiative in organizing and completing assignments on time.  Produces quality results, detail oriented with meticulous follow through.  Strong ability to multi-task in fast pace environment.

Bachelor's degre from four-year college or university preferred, and 2 years minimum related experience in a manufacturing environment preferably inventory and/or finance related.
