DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with entering associate/applicant information into our HRIS/ATS system. Maintains copying, faxing and filing for Human Resources Department. Assists in updating associates files to document personnel actions and to provide information for Payroll and other uses. Compiles data from personnel records as needed. Maintains and distributes current associate information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications. Learns and fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC's mission. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or the equivalent is required.
SKILLS: Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is required. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software is required. Excellent time management skills are required.
