The IntegraLink division of The Cobalt Group collects data from more than 15,000 automobile and truck dealerships in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. These dealerships use more than 40 DMS platforms, each with its own unique requirements. “Dependably accurate data” describes the corporate philosophy that has allowed IntegraLink to become a trusted provider for four of the five largest OEMs and numerous leading automotive marketing and service providers. We are currently seeking a Data Normalization Clerk. This position will review text descriptions of dealership service operation codes and assign a standardized code on a project by project basis. Prioritize workload based on preesstablished deadlines and complete op coding in an accurate and timely matter. Carry out other such duties as may be assigned or requested. Contact service personnel at various automobile dealerships and work with them to understand what makes up specific service packages performed by the dealership.

• Associate degree or equivalent
• Previous data entry experience
• Customer service phone experience
• Working knowledge of common automotive repairs preferred
