• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Enthusiasm for solving interesting and complicated problems
• 5-10 years of software development experience
• Extensive experience programming in Java.
• Experience with SQL (MS-SQL preferred) tuning and understanding the execution plans.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems, developing large software systems a plus.
• Deep understanding of Multi-Tiered Web applications and scalability challenges
• Experience architecting complex data models to handle millions of transactions
• Experience with Spring, AJAX, JSF, Struts, iBatis, Hibernate, SEAM, MS-SQL 2005 and Oracle 10g is a plus
